The opportunity • 360 generalist recruitment, office based, covering roles across Kent and Sussex • A warm database of inactive clients to reactivate plus 50,000 candidates to engage • Video CVs and pitch technology that genuinely set the team apart when winning business and placing candidates • Full time, you will need to live within 30 mins of Tunbridge Wells in rush hour

What they are looking for • At least 2 years in recruitment with a proven track record and second year billings of 120k plus • Someone who loves picking up the phone (the team run at 120 plus calls a week and it is just second nature to them) • Strong IT skills • Personality and charm, the kind of person the team would happily grab a coffee or a drink with • A settled track record rather than lots of short moves • They would also consider a strong B2B telesales salesperson with 2 years behind them

The earning potential • Uncapped commission rising to 30% of everything you bill • Quarterly bonus of up to 1,000 for beating target • Annual bonus on top • Extra overrides of 1% to 2% of everything once you are billing at 175k and 225k plus • 3 people in the business already earn six figures, so the ceiling is real
