This successful, established agency has a temps desk that is absolutely flying, and they need a temps specialist to grab hold of it and drive it forward.

The desk:

• Hot, not warm, with regular bookings and loyal clients already in place
• Temp workers out every single week, so you inherit revenue from day one
• A full 360 role, so you will fill bookings, look after your clients and workforce, and win new business on top

The package:

• Basic salary up to £35k depending on experience
• Completely uncapped commission, which matters on a desk already producing
