There are agencies that survive, and there are agencies that quietly become part of the furniture in their local market because they do the job properly year after year.

This is the second kind. A genuinely independent consultancy, established for well over two decades, with a client base in Mid Sussex built on long relationships and repeat business rather than endless cold calling.

They are now looking for a permanent recruiter to take over a warm, productive desk. And warm means warm. Live clients, live vacancies and regular repeat business from day one. Your job is to look after it, grow it and put your own stamp on it. It is a full 360 role, so you will be winning new business as well as delivering, but you will be doing it with a local reputation behind you that genuinely opens doors.

What you can expect in return is a basic salary of up to £35k depending on experience, commission that is properly uncapped, a lovely benefits package and a management team who have been in the industry for years and actually stayed put.
