Recruitment Consultant - Transport & Logistics | Kent Basic salary up to £40,000 DOE | Uncapped commission | Established independent agency

This is a full 360 recruitment role. You'll own your desk end to end, build your client base, and work a genuine mix of perm and temp across the Transport & Logistics sector.

The business is an established, well-respected independent consultancy based in Kent. They've got strong roots in their local market, a loyal client base, and the kind of infrastructure that actually supports billers - dedicated temps teams, operational backup, and a setup that means you can focus on what matters.

What you'll be doing:

• Running a full 360 Transport & Logistics desk - drivers, warehouse, logistics management and everything in between
• Business development with new and existing clients across the region
• Candidate sourcing, screening and placement across permanent, temp and temp-to-perm
• Building long-term relationships - this isn't a quick-hit transactional environment

What they're looking for:

• Proven experience in recruitment - Transport & Logistics preferred but not essential
• Someone who can generate their own business
• A relationship-builder with both clients and candidates
• Drive, resilience, and someone who actually wants to earn well
