360 Recruitment Consultant - Technology | Essex

The Role

This is a full 360 position within a well-established tech recruitment business based in Essex. You will own your desk end to end - business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and delivery. There is an existing client base to work with, but this role suits someone who wants to build as well as maintain.

You will be given the tools, the support, and the autonomy to do the job properly. There are no unnecessary layers of management and no rigid scripts. What there is, is a genuine meritocracy - the more you put in, the more you earn.

What You Will Be Doing

• Running a full 360 tech recruitment desk
• Developing new client relationships through targeted business development
• Managing and growing existing accounts
• Sourcing, engaging, and placing technology professionals across permanent and/or contract roles
• Working to agreed activity and revenue targets with a clear path to progression

What We Are Looking For

• A proven billing consultant with demonstrable 360 experience
• Background in technology recruitment - this is non-negotiable
• Someone who is comfortable with BD and genuinely enjoys the client-facing side of the desk
• Strong candidate management skills and an understanding of how to build a market
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and focused on results
