What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, playing a key role in delivering top talent across specialist technical markets.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates
• Building strong candidate relationships and talent pools
• Conducting detailed qualification calls and interviews
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
• Writing engaging adverts and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Supporting live vacancies with speed and quality delivery
• Keeping candidate records and CRM systems up to date
• Staying ahead of market trends and talent movement

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience within recruitment as a Resourcer, Delivery Consultant, or Recruitment Consultant
• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills
• Confident communication and relationship-building ability
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• A driven and ambitious mindset with a strong work ethic
• Experience within technical, engineering, infrastructure, construction, or specialist recruitment sectors would be beneficial
