HOT ROLE – Resourcer | Up to £30k + commission | Hybrid (2–3 days office) | London

The Role

You’ll join as a Resourcer, supporting Directors and Consultants on a mix of executive search and contingency mandates:

• Market mapping and building high-quality candidate pipelines
• Supporting delivery across multiple live search projects
• Managing candidate processes and client updates
• Opportunity to take ownership of selected client accounts over time

This is a high-impact role with genuine responsibility from day one, ideal for someone early in their career looking to accelerate.

Experience Required

• Degree educated
• 6+ months recruitment experience
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
