The Role

As a 360 Engineering Recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of your desk, working across the engineering sector to build long-term client relationships and deliver top-tier talent solutions.

You’ll be:

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (business development through to placement)

• Building and developing your own client base within the engineering market
• Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates
• Negotiating offers and managing the end-to-end process
• Growing your desk into a profitable, sustainable business unit

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role (engineering sector preferred)

Proven track record of billings and consistent performance

Strong business development skills and commercial mindset

Confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven environment

Ambition, resilience, and a genuine passion for recruitment
