The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Blockchain team. You’ll be sourcing, engaging and placing top talent into some of the most exciting and innovative companies in the Web3 space. From DeFi protocols to Layer 1s, infrastructure projects to DAOs – you’ll be helping shape the future of decentralised tech.

What You’ll Do

• Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, growth, and leadership roles
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships – from start-ups to global players
• Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, presenting, closing
• Stay up to date with market trends, communities and innovations in the blockchain space
• Collaborate with your team, attend industry events, and contribute to our brand presence

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (tech, blockchain or startup markets a bonus)
• Strong communication and people skills – you're confident, proactive and personable
• A keen interest in Web3, crypto or emerging tech.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, office-based environment.
