Delivery Consultant

Up to £45,000 basic plus commission

Our client is looking for a Delivery Consultant to join a long established specialist recruitment agency that supports commercial technology companies across the UK, Europe and the United States.

The role

This is a delivery-focused position covering mid to senior level commercial and go-to-market roles within the technology sector.

You will support experienced consultants who manage client relationships, allowing you to concentrate on sourcing, qualifying and managing candidates through the recruitment process.

You will be

• Managing vacancies from initial briefing through to offer and start date

• Building talent pools and sourcing candidates through a range of channels

• Running qualification conversations and providing clear market insight

• Preparing candidates for interview and supporting feedback on both sides

• Managing the full candidate journey to ensure a smooth process

About you

• Previous recruitment experience focused on delivery or resourcing

• Able to manage multiple live vacancies with accuracy and pace

• Strong communication skills with a relationship-driven approach

• Team focused and motivated by quality, consistency and results
