An established recruitment business in Horsham is looking for an ambitious consultant to inherit a thriving hospitality temps desk.

The Opportunity

• Inherit a hot desk generating an average of £2,500 GP per week

• Cover a wide client base across Sussex, Surrey, Essex, Kent and the South Coast

• Join a growing division as the branch continues to expand and split teams

• Look after existing clients while developing and growing the desk further

Candidate Profile

• Either:

  • An experienced temps recruitment consultant, or

  • A strong sales professional from the hospitality sector

• Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills

• Stable career history and a proactive, professional approach
