Recruitment Consultant – Fully Remote – IT sector
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (dependant on experience) + uncapped commission

As a Remote Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360° recruitment cycle
This is a fully remote position with a strong focus on autonomy, accountability and results. You’ll be supported by a collaborative leadership team and resources that help you build your desk successfully.
Business Development
- Build and develop a solid pipeline of new client relationships.
- Understand organisational hiring needs and position our recruitment services with confidence.
- Negotiate terms and secure recruitment mandates with a permanent focus.
Full‑Cycle Recruitment
- Source, screen and engage high‑calibre candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and proactive outreach.
- Manage interviews, feedback and offers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast performance to hit quarterly targets.
Consultative Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide market insight, salary benchmarking and strategic guidance where needed.
- Deliver a positive, high‑touch experience that reinforces long‑term relationships.
Essential Experience & Skills
- 1+ years’ 360 recruitment experience, in agency IT / technical environment.
- Proven ability to manage full desk delivery - business development and delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisation skills.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a commercial approach.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
- Experience in IT, technical, professional or specialist recruitment markets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools (Bullhorn, Salesforce etc.).
- Competitive basic salary up to £45,000 DOE + uncapped commission (your performance drives your earnings).
