Our client are a well-established, boutique recruitment business specialising in Financial Services, with over two decades of success supporting clients across Asset Management, Insurance, Consultancy, and Investment Technology.
Their model is relationship-driven, not KPI-driven. They pride themselves on being trusted partners to both clients and candidates, focusing on quality delivery, market expertise, and long-term relationships. With a strong reputation, mature client base, and ambitious plans for growth, they are looking for a proven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
You will have the autonomy to run your own desk while collaborating with experienced colleagues. This is a 360 role, combining client development, account management, and candidate delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing client relationships within Financial services/Assent Managers/Wealth Managers
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to placement
- Developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts
- Delivering high-quality candidate experiences and client service
- Driving your own desk with autonomy and commercial ownership
- Demonstrable track record of success in recruitment, specifically with Asset Managers and Wealth Managers
- Strong business development skills and proven ability to win and grow accounts
- Experience placing mid- to senior-level candidates into permanent or contract roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A stable career history with evidence of consistent billing performance
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working remotely
