360 Recruitment Consultant

Salary: Up to £35k DOE plus commission

Location: Sevenoaks (4 days office-based, Fridays WFH)

Team Size: 15 (including 6 Consultants)

This is not a heavily sales-driven environment; instead, the focus is on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, building long-term client relationships, and maintaining service excellence.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full lifecycle recruitment role covering:

• Business development (where required)
• Client management and account servicing
• Candidate sourcing and headhunting
• Interview management
• Offer negotiation
• Account growth and relationship development

You will recruit on a permanent basis across:

• IT
• Renewables
• Oil & Gas

  (UK market)

The role is primarily account-driven, with significant opportunity to service established client relationships rather than cold-start territory building.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from job brief through to placement
• Service and develop existing key client accounts
• Source and engage high-calibre candidates within IT, renewables, and oil & gas
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Manage offer negotiation and closing processes
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
• Deliver against agreed KPIs and revenue targets
• Build long-term, consultative client partnerships

About You

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (ideally within energy, IT, or technical sectors)
• Experience working permanent roles
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable operating in a service-led, delivery-focused environment
• Professional, organised, and commercially aware
• Able to work collaboratively within a mid-sized team
