Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and interview high-caliber candidates using various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, contributing to the company's overall success.
