We’re on the lookout for an ambitious, results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Education team. Specialising in Primary, Secondary and SEND schools across Kent, you’ll be connecting top-tier educators with schools that are crying out for talent and reaping the rewards of your success.

Do you have experience in secondary school recruitment, or a background as a Secondary Teacher, Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or Support Worker?

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning a warm desk with immediate opportunities to bill and grow.
- Building and nurturing strong partnerships with schools and education professionals.
- Sourcing, screening, and placing standout teachers, TAs, support staff and leaders.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike.
- Hitting (and smashing!) targets with the backing of a supportive, high-energy team.
- Managing your own client portfolio and driving long-term business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role.
- A natural people-person with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and resilient.
- Passionate about the education sector and motivated by results and rewards.
- Secondary school background (highly desirable): either in recruitment or hands-on classroom/support roles.
