What you’ll be doing

• Lead a full 360 recruitment desk specialising in IT/Tech roles — permanent, contract and digital transformation placements
• Work in an environment where a robust candidate and client pipeline already exists, offering strong opportunity from day one
• Develop new relationships, open doors and expand business, while also benefiting from warm leads and established client trust
• Deliver high quality service, building genuine partnerships and matching candidates to roles with care, professionalism and gravitas

You don’t necessarily need a tech recruitment background — if you’re sales-driven, confident, and ready to make your mark, this agency will value your ambition and energy.

What is on offer

• Salary up to £40,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Realistic OTE of £75,000–£80,000
• Four-day office week (Epsom office), with one day working from home on Fridays — balance and flexibility built in
