What you’ll be doing
- Lead a full 360 recruitment desk specialising in IT/Tech roles — permanent, contract and digital transformation placements
- Work in an environment where a robust candidate and client pipeline already exists, offering strong opportunity from day one
- Develop new relationships, open doors and expand business, while also benefiting from warm leads and established client trust
- Deliver high quality service, building genuine partnerships and matching candidates to roles with care, professionalism and gravitas
What is on offer
- Salary up to £40,000
- Uncapped commission structure
- Realistic OTE of £75,000–£80,000
- Four-day office week (Epsom office), with one day working from home on Fridays — balance and flexibility built in
