360 Recruiter 

– Automotive, Motorsport, Technical, IT, Engineering

Basics up to £50k doe, 15-40% commission uncapped, no threshold!

Location: Hove, Sussex (Office-based initially, office/hybrid/remote offered after probation)

Modern office, pool table, onsite gym, showers, play station / break out area. 5 minutes from train station, no onsite parking but 10 minute walk from free residential parking.

Culture – full autonomy, no KPI’s, ambitious billers, but no egos. ESD and D&I employer. Give back 2% of consultant targets to charities/good causes when targets exceeded.

Hours – flexibility to start work 8-11am, finish accordingly.

Markets: US • Europe • Middle East – International recruitment experience is a must!

Who You Are

We’re only looking for elite recruiters who can bill £200k+ annually and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

You have:

• Proven international recruitment experience (mobility, engineering, technical search preferred, contract or perm)
• A track record of consistently smashing personal targets, £200-500k billers
• Commercial drive and entrepreneurial mindset — you love building books of business across multiple markets
• Exceptional client & candidate management skills across time zones and geographies
• Desire to be part of a business that rewards big results with big opportunities

• Office-based to start, then hybrid/remote options once you’ve proven you’re a star performer
• Regular international incentive trips — F1 weekends, team adventures abroad, and luxury rewards for top billers
• Competitive base up to £50k doe  + high commission structure designed for £200k+ billers
• Clear progression plan into senior leadership or market lead roles
