Recruitment Consultant, Front of House / Hospitality (Temp / Contract)
Our client is a service-driven hospitality recruitment agency that began life as a chef agency and has grown into a full-service provider across all areas of hospitality and catering. They are now expanding their Front of House / Hospitality temp / contract desk and are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to lead this area.
What you’ll be doing
- Running a full 360 recruitment desk focused on FOH / Hospitality / Front of House roles (restaurants, hotels, events) in the temp / contract / interim space
- Building and growing relationships with clients in Hospitality, understanding their unique culture, service standards, and staffing challenges
- Managing a pool of high-quality FOH / hospitality candidates, placing them into assignments with speed and care
- Winning new business as well as growing within existing clients, becoming a trusted partner
- Owning your funnel, forecasting delivery, and being accountable for performance
- Working in a value-led environment, encouraged to bring creative solutions to tough staffing challenges
- Experience in recruitment, especially within hospitality, events, or FOH staffing
- A track record of placing temp / contract / interim roles in hospitality or service industries
- Strong client and candidate relationship skills, consultative, personable, and professional
- Business development ability with the drive to open new accounts
