Delivery Consultant – Executive Search (Charity & Not-for-Profit)
London / Hybrid
Are you a skilled recruiter with a track record in charity or not-for-profit recruitment and an interest in supporting senior hires across financial services as well? This boutique executive search firm is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join their established team and work on high-value assignments across both sectors.
For over 20 years, this firm has partnered with leading organisations to deliver executive search solutions for mid-to-senior level hires. With a strong reputation for professionalism and discretion, they act as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from asset managers and consultancies through to charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Key points about our client:
- Executive search focus: retained and exclusive assignments at mid-to-senior level (£75k–£150k).
- Specialist expertise: strong presence in both financial services and not-for-profit.
- Relationship-driven model: built on trust and long-standing client partnerships.
- Autonomy & trust: no KPIs or micromanagement; success is measured by outcomes, not volume.
- Collaborative culture: consultants run their own accounts, supported by delivery consultants and account managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting headhunting and market mapping to identify senior-level talent.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network across not-for-profit and financial services.
- Running in-depth screening processes to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Managing the candidate journey with professionalism, credibility, and discretion.
- Supporting consultants on retained searches and exclusive mandates.
- Providing candidate insights and market intelligence to refine search strategies.
Essential experience:
- Previous experience as a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
- Proven track record recruiting within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
- Strong skills in headhunting, research, and proactive candidate engagement.
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior professionals across sectors.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments.
- Motivated by quality delivery and professional reputation, not arbitrary KPIs.
