360 Recruiter – Basildon, Essex

We’re looking for ambitious and driven 360 Recruiters to join our growing team in Basildon. If you have at least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment or Sales, we’d love to hear from you. A background in tech recruitment is a bonus (but not essential).

Please note: this is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week). Due to our office location, you’ll need to drive unless you live locally, as public transport options are limited.

The Role

• Position: 360 Recruiter (Perm or Contract)
• Location: Basildon, Essex
• Salary: £24,000–£32,000 (DOE)

• Comprehensive, hands-on training with our Co-Founders (30+ years’ combined experience)
• Monthly team lunches & regular performance incentives
