Loughton, Essex (parking available, 30 mins walk from train station)
We’re looking for a driven Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Loughton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who’s ready to take ownership of their desk and thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
The Role- Full 360 recruitment within the education sector (permanent and/or temporary staffing)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, candidates, and clients
- Driving new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing candidates to placing them successfully
- 2–3 years’ experience in education or healthcare recruitment (360 role essential)
- Strong business development skills and a proven track record of billing
- Ambitious, proactive, and resilient personality
- Term time: Monday–Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm
- School holidays: Flexible hours (choose 9–12 or 1–5 over the summer)
- Basic salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
- Commission: Uncapped – rewarding you for your results
- On-site parking + office-based role in a busy, supportive environment
