Salary: £25-35k plus commission

Key Responsibilities- Full life-cycle recruitment for educational positions (permanent and temporary), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients—understanding needs, managing expectations, and delivering value.
- Uphold impeccable standards of compliance, fairness, and transparency in every placement.
- Achieve and exceed targets—measured both by placement success and relationship quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to share insights, support candidates, and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture—engaging in team development, social events, and wellbeing initiatives.
Experience & Skills- 2 years + experience in education recruitment is essential, ideally within SEN or primary education.
- Strong communicator: persuasive, empathetic, and articulate.
- Resilient and target-driven, with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Well-organised with great attention to detail.
- You’ll thrive in a workplace where team members stay with the company long-term (many over 5 years), building their careers through development, coaching, and promotion from within.
