The Role
As a Resourcer/Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing candidates to meet client requirements. You’ll work closely with Senior Consultants and Account Managers to ensure efficient and successful delivery of recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate records.
- Support the delivery of client requirements within agreed timescales.
- Contribute to building talent pools for future recruitment needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company processes.
- Previous experience in a resourcing, delivery, or recruitment role (preferably within logistics, manufacturing or industrial, but will look at all recruitment sectors. Ideally from a fast paced temporary desk.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Proficient with recruitment software and job boards.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
