We're working with a growing, well-established recruitment consultancy based in Brighton that is expanding their specialist tech division. This team is known for its strong client relationships, collaborative culture, and deep sector expertise—and they’re now looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to help drive growth across this thriving niche.
The Opportunity As a Tech Recruiter, you'll be focused on roles across the insurance and financial services markets, from IT support and infrastructure to data, software engineering, and digital transformation. Whether you're already embedded in these sectors or eager to specialise, you'll be backed by a supportive team and a well-respected brand with an impressive track record.
What You'll Be Doing- Sourcing and placing top-tier tech professionals into insurance and finance businesses across the UK
- Managing and growing existing client relationships, as well as developing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with industry experts to stay ahead of tech trends impacting the sector
- Running a full 360 recruitment desk (though options exist to tailor the role depending on your strengths)
- Previous experience in tech recruitment (contract or perm)
- A genuine interest in the insurance or financial services sectors (prior experience in these industries is a plus but not essential)
- Someone commercially savvy, driven, and capable of building strong client rapport
- A team player who thrives in a consultative, quality-driven environment
- A strong, established presence in the insurance and financial services sectors
