The Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant
You’ll take full ownership of your desk and enjoy variety every day — from client development and relationship building, to candidate sourcing and placements. It’s a dynamic, fulfilling role that offers real opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Your responsibilities will include:- Developing new business through outbound sales calls to schools and educational settings
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand hiring needs
- Attending client meetings, school visits, and local networking events
- Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing high-quality teaching and support staff
- Matching candidates to suitable roles and managing the placement process
- Maintaining a strong candidate pool and accurate client database
- Meeting targets and KPIs aligned with your progression goals
- Collaborating with compliance and sales support teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Key qualities and experience:- Previous education recruitment agency experience is essential
- Determination, self-motivation, and resilience under pressure
- Experience working to KPIs or sales targets
- Background in a customer-facing or sales-based role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Confident negotiator with a persuasive manner
- Willingness to learn and grow through feedback
