- 360° Education Recruitment Consultant (Dual Desk)
Location: Brighton (Office-based with some flexibility)
Salary: Up to £30K + Uncapped Commission
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (School holidays: only 5 hours/day!)
Leave: 30 days holiday + bank holidays
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, growing education recruitment agency with a strong UK-wide presence and a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and results. Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, vetting, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Generate new business through proactive sales and outreach
- Match candidates to roles that suit their skills and goals
- Stay on top of compliance—with support from an offshore admin & vetting team
- Achieve personal targets and KPIs while delivering excellent service
- Up to £30K base (depending on experience)
- Uncapped individual commission
- 30 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Shorter working days during school holidays (5 hours/day!)
