Are you a proven 360 recruiter with experience in Accountancy & Finance—or another professional discipline—who thrives on building lasting client relationships?
We’re partnering with a well-established, highly respected recruitment business that is looking to expand its team with a commercially driven 360 Recruiter.
This is a high-trust, high-reward environment—offering you the platform to grow your desk with support, resources, and genuine autonomy.
The role:- Own and grow your market across the Accountancy and Finance sector
- Drive new business with confidence and creativity
- Partner with clients on a consultative level, becoming their go-to for talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from BD through to placement
- 360 recruitment experience (Accountancy & Finance a bonus, but open to other professional sectors)
- Proven success in client development and market mapping
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- Energy, self-motivation and a real drive to succeed
- Up to £50K basic salary (DOE)
- Lucrative commission scheme and performance incentives
- Office-based 4 days per week (1 day WFH)
