What You’ll Be Doing:

- Full 360 Recruitment – From winning new business to placing top talent in Accountancy & Finance roles across Kent and beyond.
- Client Engagement – Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing bespoke solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing – Attract and nurture high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels.
- Negotiation & Closing – Secure the best outcomes for clients and candidates alike.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous recruitment experience, n Accountancy & Finance is essential

✅ A natural ability to build relationships, win business, and close deals.
✅ A driven and ambitious mindset – you love smashing targets!
✅ Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own desk.
