???? Location: Colchester, Essex (3 days office-based, 2 days remote)
???? Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £100,000+)

The Role:
As a 360 Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement. This role offers the opportunity to work across various legal sectors, including Private Practice, In-house, International, Paralegal, and Legal HR.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with law firms and legal professionals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Provide market insights and career advice to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and business objectives.
- Proven experience in legal recruitment or a similar 360 recruitment role.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission potential.
