360 Recruitment Consultant – Business Support Division

An award-winning specialist recruitment consultancy is seeking a driven and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its Business Support division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in recruiting office support roles who thrives in a consultative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from developing client relationships and generating new business, through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare.

This role offers autonomy, support, and genuine opportunities for career progression within a well-respected brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running a 360 desk within the Business Support division (admin, PA, customer service, office management, etc.)


• Generating new business through outbound calls, networking, and client meetings


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships


• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the process


• Negotiating offers and ensuring successful placements


• Working collaboratively with colleagues to drive team success

What We’re Looking For:

• 360 agency recruitment experience is essential


• Strong understanding of the office support/business support recruitment market


• Proven ability to win, grow and retain client business


• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills


• Driven, target-oriented, and commercially astute


• Organised, with strong attention to detail and time management
