Are you a 360 recruitment consultant with a passion for procurement or supply chain? Ready to ditch the daily commute and build a successful desk from anywhere? We’re looking for a driven, commercially savvy recruiter to join our growing remote team and take ownership of a high-potential desk.
???? The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have full autonomy to build and scale your own procurement or supply chain vertical. You'll be responsible for:- Developing and managing client relationships within the procurement & supply chain sector
- Sourcing and placing top-tier talent across mid-to-senior level roles
- Handling the full recruitment cycle – from BD to placement and aftercare
- Working independently while staying plugged into a supportive, collaborative team culture
- 360 recruitment experience (1+ years) – within procurement, supply chain, or a similar B2B vertical
- Proven success in winning new business and filling roles
- Self-motivation and accountability – you thrive with autonomy
- Strong commercial acumen and market insight
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
