Our client is a specialist education recruitment agency based in a fantastic office in central Brighton, just moments from the station, placing teachers and support staff into schools across Sussex and the wider South East. They are a small, energetic and genuinely fun team who work hard, laugh a lot, and take real pride in doing things properly. They are now looking for a Candidate Resourcer to own the candidate and compliance side of the business.

The role:

• Sourcing, screening and registering teachers and support staff across primary, secondary and SEND
• Building and nurturing a strong candidate pool so consultants always have great people ready to go
• Owning compliance from start to finish, including DBS checks, safeguarding, references, right to work and full vetting files
• Keeping candidates warm, informed and looked after throughout their journey
• Working closely with the consultants to match the right people to the right schools

• Proven experience within education recruitment, this is essential
• A solid compliance background, you know exactly what a fully cleared education file looks like
• Someone organised, thorough and genuinely people focused
• A warm phone manner and the ability to build trust with candidates quickly
• A team player who wants to be part of something growing
