Your Day-to-Day:

• Client Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier clients, understanding their unique staffing needs.
• Sales Success: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding your client portfolio.
• Candidate Connections: Collaborate with an expert resourcing team to match outstanding talent with exciting roles.
• Industry Expertise: Stay on top of Hospitality trends to offer clients and candidates strategic insights and advice.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a Permanent desk.
• A sales-driven mindset with a history of smashing targets and closing deals.
• Stellar communication and relationship-building skills – you’re a people person through and through.
• The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-energy, fast-paced team.
• Confidence with recruitment tools and technology to work smarter, not harder.
