People Operations Coordinator – Shape the Future of Talent Delivery!
Location: London (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35-38k basic plus commission
Start Date: ASAP
Are you ready to make a big impact in a small, growing team that’s reimagining recruitment?
We’re on the hunt for a People Operations Coordinator who’s passionate about creating world-class candidate experiences and building smart, scalable recruitment systems. This is not your average operations role – it’s a chance to sit at the beating heart of a values-driven business and drive innovation from the inside out.
Why You’ll Love This Role This is a dynamic, non-sales position built around three core pillars:
Candidate Experience – Own it. Elevate it. Make it memorable.
CRM & Ops Infrastructure – Be the architect of better systems.
Strategic Resourcing Support – Power delivery by shaping quality shortlists and keeping pipelines flowing.
You'll partner with consultants, shape internal workflows, and enhance how we connect talent with opportunity — all while helping to build something meaningful and human-first.
What You’ll Be Doing
Candidate Experience
- Design and refine every touchpoint in the candidate journey.
- Balance automation and personalisation for high-touch engagement.
- Use data and feedback to improve processes and make the experience shine.
CRM & Operational Brilliance
- Own and optimise the CRM (we use Seven20) to keep data clean and actionable.
- Build automations and workflows that boost team performance.
- Ensure compliance (GDPR) and support top-tier reporting and insights.
Resourcing & Talent Delivery
- Act as the engine behind exclusive and retained searches.
- Partner with consultants to strategise, source and screen top talent.
- Build killer longlists and compelling candidate packs.
- Keep warm talent pools engaged and ready to move.
???? What You Bring
- Recruitment agency experience – Whether you were in delivery, ops, or 180-style roles, you know the pace.
- CRM savvy – You’ve built or managed databases and understand how structure = speed.
- Sourcing smarts – Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases? No problem.
- Organised & driven – You love a list, a workflow, and a smooth system.
- Communicative & curious – You ask the right questions and love figuring things out.
Your Growth Path as you grow in this role, you’ll have the chance to:
- Define sourcing strategies that scale.
- Create guides and training materials to uplift the whole team.
- Lead DE&I sourcing initiatives.
- Explore new tools and tech that help us hire better, faster, smarter.
Why Join? Because you want more than a job — you want purpose, progression, and a team that actually listens. We’re doing things differently in the recruitment space, and this role is a key part of that journey. If you’re ready to stretch your skills, take ownership, and be a part of something new and exciting, we’d love to hear from you.
