Job Title: Temps Coordinator

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 (Experience Dependent) + Commission Incentives

Are you seeking a dynamic role in the fast-paced world of industrial driving operations? We are currently seeking a Temporary Operations Consultant to join our clients team in Crawley. No sector experience required. Trainee's will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Team Growth: Spearhead efforts to expand our clients temps team, identifying and recruiting top talent in the industrial driving sector.

• Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee and optimise the day-to-day operations of the temporary staffing division, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every turn.

• Payroll and Administration: Manage payroll processes and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

• Candidate Management: Register and provide comprehensive support to candidates, ensuring their needs are met throughout their temporary assignments.

• Legal Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of legal requirements in the industry, ensuring our operations remain fully compliant at all times.
