Responsibilities:

·Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for driving roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the driving sector.

·Develop a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends to provide exceptional service and drive business growth.

·Utilise various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, networking, and social media platforms.

·Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

·Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within the driving sector is essential.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

·Strong negotiation and sales abilities to close deals and achieve targets.

·Self-motivated with a results driven mindset.

·Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

·Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations within the driving industry is advantageous.
