Key Responsibilities

• Utilise your B2B sales expertise to identify and engage with potential clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with businesses, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Receive comprehensive training to develop recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement processes.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, demonstrating a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Willingness to undergo training to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service.
