- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Has a proven track record of £200k+ annual billings in recruitment.
- Experience recruiting in technology, data/AI, or executive-level markets.
- Strong business development, client management, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and thrives in a high-performance environment.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a client-focused approach.
- Competitive Base Salary: £50,000 – £70,000.
