Join our client’s dynamic team as a Recruitment Resourcer and take your career to new heights! They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to contribute to their growing success in connecting top-tier talent with premier organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct executive searches to identify and recruit top-tier candidates for key positions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and aspirations.
• Utilise innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-calibre executives.
• Create job adverts and social media posts for live positions.
• Work closely with the team in a fast-paced reactive role.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment in a resourcing/delivery position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate management skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
