360 Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Sector
£30,000 to £70,000 First Year OTE
 
Based in the Ashford Branch
Our client has a proven track record of delivering exceptional staffing solutions to clients, they pride themselves on their commitment to excellence and their ability to match the right talent with the right opportunities. As they continue to expand their operations, they seek a dynamic and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Ashford.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Business Development:

• Identify and target key clients in the Industrial sector, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

 
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

• Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future client demands.

 
End-to-End Recruitment Process:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer negotiation.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver timely, effective solutions.

Account Management:

• Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively address client concerns and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional services.

 
 
Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the Industrial sector.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
• Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems.
