This is a genuinely remote 360 recruitment role, not remote in name only. No office days to keep half an eye on you, no arbitrary KPIs, just trust to run your own desk from wherever suits you.

This independent commercial recruitment consultancy was built by two experienced recruiters who wanted something different, a business shaped around honesty, trust and giving people the freedom to work in a way that actually fits their life. 10 years on, that has not changed.

You would be joining as their third ever team member. That means real ownership of your own desk, your own clients and your own results, with the flexibility to build your day around what matters to you rather than clocking in and out.

Ideally you will come from a commercial, generalist or office support recruitment background, though they are just as open to a strong biller from a complementary specialism. This is about finding the right person, not ticking a sector box.

They recruit with honesty and integrity, and expect the same in return.

What you will bring

• A minimum of 4 years 360 recruitment experience within an agency
• A genuine track record of hitting and beating targets
• The resilience to build long term client relationships from scratch
• Sharp communication and organisational skills
• Recruitment as a proper long term career, not a stepping stone
