Wisdom Rec2Rec is looking for an experienced internal recruiter to identify and assess talent, and to look after our social media alongside it. The two interlink beautifully, and both come down to the same thing: understanding people.

The heart of this role:

• Anyone can find candidates who are looking. Anyone can generate interest • The real skill is finding the right people, and knowing the difference • That means judgement, proper questioning, and genuine curiosity about people

The role:

• Part time and genuinely flexible, built around your life. Contract basis absolutely fine • Commission attached • Ideally local to Horsham and in the office one day a week. The more you are part of us, the better the understanding and the better the social media • If you are further afield, once a month in the office works too. We simply want you to be part of the team • Identifying, approaching, and first stage interviewing experienced recruiters • Running and growing our social media presence, keeping our voice consistent and visible • A clear brief and the freedom to run with it

• An experienced recruiter with a long career behind them • The ability to interview properly, probe, and identify the core skills behind the CV • A confident, natural touch with social media content • Someone who understands that Rec2Rec is very salesy, and equally that it is very rewarding • Someone who works independently and delivers
