The Opportunity

We are representing a well-established specialist recruiter in the facilities management, engineering and construction space. With offices in Kent, London and Scotland and a national client base built over many years, this is a business that knows its market inside out. They are not a generalist agency - FM, engineering and construction is everything they do, and their consultants reflect that.

Following continued growth, they are looking to add a 360 Recruitment Consultant to their Kent operation, focusing on the temp and contract market. This is a genuine opportunity to own a desk with warm clients already in place, work with real autonomy, and build something with the full backing of a highly experienced team behind you.

The Role

• Running a full 360 temp and contract desk across FM, trades and construction
• Business development - identifying, winning and growing client accounts
• Candidate management - sourcing, screening and placing white and blue collar workers on contract and freelance terms
• Managing compliance requirements throughout the placement process
• Working nationally with no regional restrictions on your desk

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally on a temp or contract desk
• Sector experience in FM, construction, trades or engineering is a strong advantage
• A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and is motivated by results
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to doing the job properly
