The Opportunity

Our client is a specialist recruiter operating exclusively within facilities management, engineering and construction. With a strong national presence, offices in Kent, London and Scotland, and a client base that includes some of the UK's leading FM service providers, contractors and property managing agents, this is a business built on genuine sector expertise.

They are looking to strengthen their Kent perm team with a 360 Recruitment Consultant who can take ownership of a desk, build lasting client relationships, and deliver the kind of quality that keeps clients coming back. This is not a churn-and-burn environment - they take pride in how they work and the reputation they have built over many years.

The Role

• Running a full 360 permanent desk across FM, engineering and construction
• Proactive business development - winning new clients and growing existing relationships
• Headhunting and engaging passive candidates across white and blue collar disciplines
• Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement
• Working nationally with no regional restrictions

What We're Looking For

• Proven 360 perm recruitment experience with a track record of consistent billings
• Sector experience in FM, construction, engineering or building services is strongly preferred
• A recruiter who takes candidate care seriously - no ghosting, no CVs pushed through that aren't right
• Commercially minded, relationship-driven, and motivated by quality over volume
