About the Role
Looking to start a career where your earning potential is directly linked to your performance? We’re hiring a Trainee 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and learn the full recruitment lifecycle from day one.
This is an entry-level role with structured training, where you’ll develop into a fully-fledged 360 consultant—managing both clients and candidates while building your own desk.
No prior recruitment experience is required, but a strong work ethic, resilience, and ambition are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning how to develop new business through calls, emails, and networking
- Supporting senior consultants with live vacancies and client accounts
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and database searches
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Shadowing client meetings and learning negotiation techniques
- Working towards personal targets and KPIs
Training & Development
- Structured onboarding and recruitment training programme
- Ongoing mentorship from experienced consultants
- Clear progression path to 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Development in sales, negotiation, and business development
