A rapidly growing construction recruitment business in the South East, with turnover skyrocketing from £0 to £30m in just seven years, is seeking Principal Consultants to join its leadership pipeline. Construction experience isn’t essential — what matters is strong billing performance, ambition, and client relationship skills.

Roles Available:

• Civils Trades & Labour – Established desk, £350k+ billing, leadership progression
• White Collar Construction – Regional focus, ~£300k billing, pathway to divisional leadership
• Trades & Labour (CT Postcode) – Rebuild a previously high-performing desk with £425k potential

 Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years recruitment experience
• Proven £200k+ billings  (or strong desire and drive to achieve this)
• Strong client development skills
• Ambitious and leadership-minded
• Construction experience is a bonus

Package & Benefits:

• £30-40k base (DOE) + tiered commission (up to 35%)
• Private medical & dental, gym discounts, company incentives
• Maidstone based – ideally five days in the office
