Senior Recruitment Consultant – Blue Collar Construction
Billericay/hybrid
An established and highly successful recruitment business is seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. Operating for over 25 years, the company has built a strong reputation within the construction sector and now turns over £22–25 million annually, supplying approximately 600 temporary workers each week.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage and develop a blue-collar construction recruitment desk, building client relationships while sourcing and placing temporary labour across construction projects.
This is a 360 recruitment role, with the flexibility to structure your desk in a way that works best for you. Consultants are supported by resourcing teams, allowing them to focus on business development and growing their desk.
The Opportunity
- Basic salary typically up to £60,000 depending on experience
- Excellent commission structure with earnings up to 25%
- Flexible working options including office, hybrid or remote for the right candidate
- Collaborative, adult working environment with minimal micromanagement
- Opportunity to build and scale a profitable desk within an established business
About You
This role will suit recruiters who:
- Have experience in blue-collar recruitment (construction labour supply preferred)
- Are currently billing and managing their own desk
- Have 2+ years recruitment experience
- Are motivated to grow their desk within a supportive environment
