Recruitment Consultant
Salary: up to £35,000 + up to 40% commission
Location: Canterbury (2 days per week in-office, 3 days remote)
An established and highly regarded property recruitment specialist is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. This opportunity is suited to an experienced recruiter looking to take the next step in their career within a high-performing and supportive environment.
With nearly two decades of success, the business has built a strong reputation within the property sector, partnering with a wide range of well-known clients, including FTSE 100 housebuilders. The company specialises in recruitment across the full property lifecycle, including Commercial, Land & Planning, Sales & Marketing, and Technical disciplines.
The organisation is currently entering an exciting phase of growth, with expansion into new markets including the Renewable sector and Dubai. As such, they are looking to appoint an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to support and contribute to this growth.
The successful candidate will be provided with comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the tools required to succeed. From the outset, clear targets and responsibilities will be set, with the expectation that the individual will progress towards independently managing their own desk and contributing to wider business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, progressing towards full desk ownership
- Achieve and exceed billing targets set on a quarterly and rolling six-month basis
- Develop and secure new business opportunities, including winning new clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand growth, particularly within emerging markets such as Dubai
- Maintain accurate and compliant records of clients, candidates, and vacancies in line with company standards
- Provide support to senior team members on client assignments and recruitment projects as required
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in recruitment (essential)
- Proven experience working directly with clients
- Demonstrable track record of achieving billing or revenue targets
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Strong alignment with company values and culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Willingness and ability to commute to the Canterbury office as required
