Head of Compliance – Recruitment | London | Basic £80-90k + Comms

We have pleasure in introducing a brand new role for one of our Finance recruitment clients. Founded a decade ago and now a fast-growing, specialist recruitment firm with a strong reputation in Financial Services, Fintech, and Professional Services, this company is looking for an ambitious, high-performing 360 recruiter to build and lead their Compliance desk in London.

With a consultative, insight-led approach, they partner with top-tier banks, asset managers, investment platforms, and fintechs to deliver senior compliance and regulatory talent across the UK market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment for senior compliance roles

• Building and nurturing strong client relationships across banking, asset & wealth management, fintech, and investment platforms

• Driving business development and establishing the company as a trusted recruitment partner

• Staying ahead of market trends to provide insight-led, consultative solutions

Who They’re Looking For:

• Proven success as a 360 recruiter in financial services or regulatory hiring

• Strong existing network within financial services or regulatory recruitment

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a record of winning clients and generating revenue

• Experience recruiting across compliance, regulatory, or financial crime disciplines
